【Report】English Conversation Class

On February 8th, the Matsuda Town Education Department hosted a "One-Day English Conversation Class."
Thanks to the carefully designed lesson plans by the ALT teachers, it was a highly satisfying workshop packed with content despite its short duration.

Children who started out just watching soon found themselves actively speaking English and challenging themselves! ♪
Due to snow conditions, the adult session was held with a smaller group. The careful, individualized interaction created a very comfortable atmosphere where everyone felt confident speaking up.

Comments like "That was fun!" and "I want to do more!" were heard, making it a day where everyone enjoyed learning English.
It was also a very educational experience for us volunteers who provided support.

2月8日に松田町教育課主催の「一日だけの英会話教室」が開催されました。
ALTの先生方が工夫を凝らした授業構成により、短時間ながらも内容の濃い、満足度の高い講座でした。

最初は見ているだけだった子どもたちも、気がつけば声を出して英語にチャレンジする姿がたくさん見られました♪
雪の影響により、少人数での開催となった大人向けの講座では、参加者一人ひとりのペースに合わせた丁寧なやりとりで、安心して発言できる雰囲気がとても良かったです。
「楽しかった！」「もっとやりたい！」という声も聞かれ、英語を楽しく学べてもらえた一日となりました。
サポートに入らせていただいた私達ボランティアにとっても学び多い時間となりました。
